Torrence “Short-Tee” Sims resides in Birmingham, AL, with his incredible wife Paula, celebrating over 25 years of marriage. They are blessed with two miracle children, Imani (24) and Isaiah (19), and their beloved Shih Tzu dog, Andrew. He is a devoted family man and an inspiration to many.

As an inspirational speaker, Christian Hip Hop Artist, and the co-founder of the Extended Hands Alliance ministry, Torrence’s impact has reached far and wide. He is also the founder and chaplain of Cross the Plate Ministries in collaboration with Grand Slam Baseball of Alabama. With a rich background as a licensed and ordained pastor, former youth pastor, and youth sports coach, Torrence has dedicated over 25 years to working with students and changing lives through his faith in Jesus.

Short-Tee loves spending quality time with his family, watching and coaching youth sports, and continuously striving to change lives and save souls. His journey of faith, resilience, and commitment to making a positive difference is truly inspiring.
